2013 Camper Application

July 15 - 20, University of Washington

Parts 1-4, 6 of the 2013 Camper Application are now available. Please check back for the rest shortly. Camper applications will be due June 1, 2013.

To read these files, you need Adobe's Acrobat Reader. A free version can be downloaded here.

It is not possible to "save" fillable PDFs in the usual way. You can print a hard copy and send it by regular mail, or fax it, or you can "print" it to a new PDF using a software program such as the free Bulllzip program that you can download here (Please download the one titled "PDF Printer"). The new PDF can be sent via email, thus saving paper, ink, stamps and a trip to the Post Office. Part 3 is an exception - please remember that we need original signatures for the permissions on Part 3, so that should be printed out, signed and mailed.
